Rooftop House
This project is a renovation of a traditional town house in the historic center of Jávea.
The facade was renovated in its unique original Spanish style but once you enter the house you discover a luxurious, modern and light house with a great holiday feeling. The house has a central courtyard which gives direct access to the kitchen, dining and sitting area. The three bedrooms are situated on the first floor, each with its own ensuite bathroom. They all look out on the courtyard. On the second floor a relax room gives out to a roof terrace, partly covered and partly open. Finally, on the rooftop there is a large solarium looking over the old town, the mountains and the sea.
