Frame House
The frame house is a project for a new villa on 3 levels. The villa will be built on a plot with a steep slope that has lovely views towards the sea.
The idea is to put the villa on the highest possible part of the plot, as to enable the owners to profit from the beautiful views to a maximum. Therefore, the villa is not parallel to the street but slightly turned towards the sea.
From the street a slope leads towards the garage in the basement, from where an elevator takes you to the first and second floor. The first floor has an open floorplan with a big living area, including kitchen dining and sitting area, the master bedroom, bathroom, and dressing.
On the same level you also find covered and open terraces, an infinity pool and built-in jacuzzi. Big sliding doors makes the limit between inside and outside disappear, so that you get a natural flow between in and out.
On the second floor you find 3 guestrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and an office. All these spaces enjoy covered and open terraces.
From the whole house you can enjoy the beautiful and open views towards the sea.
The facade on the second floor is designed as a frame that offers you incredible views to the Mediterranean Sea.
The construction of the Frame House has started in November 2022.
