Elevated Pool House
The elevated house is a project for a renovation and extension of an existing villa on a beautiful site close to the sea with spectacular views towards the sea and the surrounding mountains and villages.
The clients wanted to turn the existing house into a villa with all indoor and outdoor living spaces and the swimming pool on one level.
On the semi-underground level there is a garage, fitness room, storage, washroom and technical room; on the first floor there is an open living space with the kitchen as the centre and slightly separated sitting and dining room; all these spaces are fluidly connected with open and covered terraces and the pool; on this level there is also one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, separate toilet, and office. On the second floor there are two guestrooms and a large master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, both with direct access to a large roof terrace with spectacular views.
All floors relate to an elevator and a spiral staircase, which will be present in the living area as a sculpture.
